Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KRAFT mobile application, operated by Softhuge Technologies Pvt Ltd.. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use KRAFT. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or rewards.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Fair Play

KRAFT enforces fair play across all games. Cheating, use of bots, score manipulation, exploiting bugs, or tampering with the App is strictly prohibited. Flagged accounts may have scores voided, rewards revoked, or access suspended pending review.

4. Virtual Items & Rewards

Any in-app currency, points, or rewards have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be modified, reset, or removed at our discretion, except where required otherwise by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the App, interfere with its normal operation, harass other users, upload unlawful content, or use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All game assets, branding, and content within KRAFT are owned by Softhuge Technologies Pvt Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or extended inactivity. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softhuge Technologies Pvt Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
