Softhuge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides secure in-app payment options for purchasing virtual coins, gems, and PRO VIP passes on KRAFT Arcade. This policy details our payment methods, security standards, and invoicing procedures.
1. Supported Payment Gateways
Razorpay (India)
Supports Unified Payments Interface (UPI - Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), NetBanking across 50+ banks, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
Google Play In-App Billing
Supports direct Play Store billing, Google Play balance, gift cards, and carrier billing for Android devices.
2. Pricing, Taxes & GST Invoices
- All product prices displayed in the store are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Indian tax regulations.
- Upon successful payment, an official PDF GST Invoice is automatically generated and made available under Payment History in your profile screen.
- Prices are subject to change for special seasonal offers, tournaments, or promotional campaigns.
3. Payment Security & Tokenization
We do not store your credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords on our servers. All sensitive financial data is processed directly by RBI-certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe / Google Play).
